    I was a gymnast for 20 years. My best events were floor and high bar. I'm surprised I can still do a lot of skills at my current weight. (210) I can't do rings at all. I'm too d amn heavy.

    dammn Carlos for the past 6 months youve been in a whoring quest, youre nearing the 3000th pretty fast

    btw at that BW can you still do flip and stuff??? must be pretty hard on joints....

    Yeah I still can but it hurts. For warm on shoulder day I do hand stand pushups. Not against the wall, on balance in the middle of the floor.

    I was good at it as a kid. Wish i had never given it up. LOL i remember them telling us we had to do ten pullups between each rotation on the bars. I could bang them out like they were nothing.

    i took gymnastics in the summer months for snowboarding, it was great for balance and air awareness. i can still do standing back flips they are the easiest. my ex GF talked me into trying them lol

    Did some gymnastics when i was younger, to bad i didnt continue, they get nice bodies...alltough they are all puny, i think 4'3 is average hight

    Between 5'4-5'8" is the perfect height for gymnastics.
