whooo hooo new personal best tonight
well this isnt really that big of a deal but im quite happy. i weight 182 lbs today and i did my chest set with dumbells. well i did the 125's (biggest my gym has) for all 3 working sets. i warmed up with 70's for 10, then jumped right to the 125's for 3 sets. first one was 10 reps, and the second and third were 8 reps a peice. yeah im happy lol.

That's great. Most importanly ....how you feel now that you have done it. Hold onto that feeling. Keep it there with you the next time you hit it. And try to go a little bit further.

btw you only weigh 182? i weigh 208 right now and you look just as big as me in that pic. i have a little more chest and tri though but i mean, you sure you only weigh 182?
ohhhh your 5'8, im 5'10 makes sence now.
