    Download this tool:
    http://www.computerhope.com/download/updates/pst19upg.zip

Read pstread.txt in the zip file before using the tool........ It's used to upgrade PST files to a newer format but deleting the password is another handy part of the tool.

    Good luck.

I tried that one and I can't get the script to work. Maybe I'm not entering it right. I go into CMD and type what they said...nothing!!

    1. Unzip the file again to C:\
    2. Got to START, then RUN and type cmd (this will get you to the command prompt)
    3. Type cd\ this will leave you at the C:> prompt
    4. From there follow the 2 steps in the txt document

It sounds like you're double clicking on the .exe and that's why the DOS box shows up and closes so quickly.

It's called a switch or argument and tells the program how to behave.

-x maens to export the PST to a PSX
-i means to import the PSX to a PST

Still can't get it right. Keeps kicking out with errors.

    run: (no spaces)pst19upg -x Home - PST.pst

    just type this:

    pst19upg -x Home - PST.pst

******* Hopefully it's not failing because you have spaces in the file name...... You may need to use the short name of the file.

    It works for me........

Copy the PST file in the same directory as the pst19upg.exe file..... should be C:\
    Then run the commands.
