thats' all i am saying as to not promote this type of behavior among bodybuilders. i just need one night.that's it. no more after that. i have to go straight from this horrific night to nj for the ktu beatstock concert at the pnc arts center so this is gonna be a sleepless weekend which is going to kill all recovery, but i would be going all out if i didn't need it.crazy times lately and i need one good release.i'm ashamed of what will go down,haha, but hey it's one night
