i dont wanna go to the gym.

i have to, but i dont want to, i got 2 frikken hours of sleep and i had to work in the sun all day. days like this suck.badly.

its all mental dude, go and you will be glad you did.

Sometimes rest will be better for you than going to the gym. This sounds like one of those times

rest now would be better than workin out, your body is drained, what do u think drainin it more will benefit you

I would take the day off, it is pointless, your body needs rest more than working out

and ya i went to the gym and actually set a new PR, i just took some ECA and bent over rowed 315 tonight for 6. so im glad i went fellaz.
