    Finally got 3plate bench

    Ive been doing incline bench the entire summer with my partner. WHen i left school i could do 275 for 3 and 300 for 1 and 315 for 0. today i tried bench for 1st time all summer and i got 315 for 2.
    what do you think i can lift for 1 (1RM)? 330?

    stats are 5'8" 172lbs

    Nice lift bro. Yeah 330 sounds almost right
    between 325-335

    i can do 275 7 times as of last week, im not even sure though if i can do 315 once.

    id say 320 maybe 325, but 15lbs is a big jump... while we are all braggin i did 355 on my last set the other day for 16reps, i was excited..

    3 plates is my goal, i can do 2 1/2 five times but when i put that third plate on it gets crazy. nice work bro

    **** man congrats, i cant get my bench up to where i want it... slow struggle. Im stuck at the fvckin 240 range!!
