    i like the pics where sly is lifting with the rocky shoes and the 80's socks pulled all the way up. He was ripped as hell in Rocky 4, wonder what his measurements were

    In the new m&f mag stallone said he was at 2.8% bf in rocky 3 and he is now 58 and is staying solid at 195lbs and 7-9%

    Like almost everyone else on the planet, I used to think Van Damme was a pussy. Until I saw Chuck Zito on Stern one day telling stories and Chuck vouched that Van Damme is a tough mofo. I'll take Chuck Zito's word for it.

    It's been awhile since I saw the episode but how I remember it Zito said he punched VanDamme in Score's becase VanDamme said we was f-all (to his buddy in the can and then later to his face when Chuck confronted him about it) or something and they rolled around on the floor for a bit and that was that. I think the tabloids made it out to be a big 'Vandamme gets his arse beat'.

    i met stallone like 4 years ago in charlotte.. i am 5'7" and he was shorter than me. with shoes on. still a stocky bastard though.. seemed like a nice guy..

    I'm not a van damme fan in the least, but why the hell does everyone always take him for a pussy?? He's what, a 3rd degree blackbelt and wirey-riped (perfect size for martial arts mind you). I would never fight the guy, you know with them two combined he isn't too pussy.
