Speaking of whistle tips, i caught a kid at a car show with one on his neon, he claimed to have a turbo kit, i instantly said he was full of b.s., he refused to open his hood soo we decided that one of us would distract him and the other would go pop his hood, well it worked and all we found was a stock 2.0l n/a neon motor, didnt even have a cai on it, all he had was a muffler and a whistle tip.....

No, the kid just was talkin **** and wouldnt show us his setup, and it was a huge car show and i called his bluff and he pussed out so we opened it for him and everyone laughed his ass outta there..........
