I have gotten 2 off cycle, and 2 while I was on cycle. I never noticed a difference, now that you mention it, this is the first time I even thought about it. No worries....

hasnt really made a difference. although i did notice when i got the tattoos on my arms, they got bigger. i focused on them harder( stared at the tattoo alot more in the gym) which is good cause they were laggin. get it on cycle focus on the tat ( stare) in the mirror while working out and u will be good to go .

If you plan on growing an extreme amount, like 30 pounds, you might want to wait just in case it stretches, then you dont have to fill it in. Plus you might have to take some time off from the gym while letting it heal, and I know I'd go crazy if i was on cycle and not at the gym for a few days....

if you're worried about it affecting your workout also it wouldnt. When I got my armband I did arms the next day.

Don't get an armband.

I recommend that you do the tat after your cycle-atleast 2 weeks or so

your not going to stretch the armband unless your arms grow about 5" which is impossible during a cycle. anotherwords it dosnt matter is you get it before or after.

I got mine in the middle of my cycle. No worries. Over time your arms will grow and you may have to have it colored in (two or three years) but does not matter about being on a cycle or not.

is it a myth that it really hurts on the part of the arm near armpit?

I still recommend waiting..no worries about busting scabs etc etc..on cycle there is an increased workout schedule etc.more for that factor -not for the bloat/size issue

For me personally if i was on a cycle id be thinking more about maximising the productivity of my cycle then getting some bodyart. Id wait till after it was over. Why cram two physical changes into one moment when you can separate them and enjoy them more separatley.

trust me bro it hurts on the inside of your arm for the first few minutes. Just give yourself a smurf pinch around your armpit and just imagine that for a few minutes. If you can handle that then you are good to go.
Not saying it is unbareable but it did make me want to almost cry at certain points. Ya, that's right I said ALMOST cry...
