anyone see the body building special on discovery channel tonight? pretty neat inside look at amatuer and professional bodybuilding. talked about the history and progression of body building. it also took an inside look at natural body building. it really gave me some motivation!! :lift:

I just saw it and yes its older. It was alright, but i wished they said a little something on how natural doesnt necessarily mean your steroid free. I know that pisses of the pros for sure

Well "natural" steroid use is different because they can only use ones with very shot half-lifes. Also im sure i dont need to tell you that piss tests can be beaten.
