Does any of you guys ever get really pissed off with your physiqe even though it is probably way better than it has ever been?
Some days I look into a mirror and see someone with skinny arms, flat pecks and no shoulders.
Other days I see fat
and some days I feel that I look ok. Right now I feel fat!
Do we all have body dysmorphic disorder here or is it just me?

hell yea man i get that all the time, some days i will look at the mirror and thing i am finally getting to were i want to be physically, others i look and i make myself sick and i want to starve myself. other days i feel weak and i want to shoot all the test i have right now and then lift
