    funny how much bashing this guy gets. I mean he obviously worked hard to get ripped and I think he looks awsome as hell
    Maby not a plesant everyday beach look but if I where a judge he would get alot of bonuses in my mind for presenting such a ripped body and if I ever achived that low bf% I would be realy realy proud of myself.
