doesnt seem like it would accurate even if there was one. you cant tell a max just by the rep of a certain weight. different muscle fibers are involved with endurance and 1tr.Quote:

i rep 235 10 times and my max is 313
my next set is 25 wich i can only do 6 times and then my max is 296 thats a 20lb diffrence
yea it does seem fairly accurate actually. 225x10, 300 max. I havent maxed in awhile but i figured i would be pushing 300
The lower the reps, the more accurate it is. I can do 275 for 10 reps, it says my max is 367. But on my last set last week i only did 300x4, and then it says my max is 327, which i think is probably closer, but who knows, i am pretty fatigued at my last set.
I have a KNPE book for my personal fitness class that has a two page chart of what you can do for 10reps, 7, and 1RM. What do you do for either of those?
I completely forgot about that bro. Thanks for jogging my memory. Its amazing how entertaining some peoples feces can be.Quote:
