Web site that calculates your max bench?
Anyone know what that web address is that can calculate your max ench by saying what you rep?

Yea i find it hard to believe that it would be accurate. I cant rep much but my one rep max is like 65lbs heaver. My endurance blows, but 1-3reps i can clean up

it was close the last time i used it, so i want to see if it would be acrate cause i do chest tommrow and i am going to try what it says my max is cause i am oppisite my reps are alot better then my max

i just did it... with me reping 200 8 times it says my max is 248. My max is 265. So i guess its really not off that bad

i rep 235 10 times and my max is 313
my next set is 25 wich i can only do 6 times and then my max is 296 thats a 20lb diffrence

yea it does seem fairly accurate actually. 225x10, 300 max. I havent maxed in awhile but i figured i would be pushing 300

The lower the reps, the more accurate it is. I can do 275 for 10 reps, it says my max is 367. But on my last set last week i only did 300x4, and then it says my max is 327, which i think is probably closer, but who knows, i am pretty fatigued at my last set.

I have a KNPE book for my personal fitness class that has a two page chart of what you can do for 10reps, 7, and 1RM. What do you do for either of those?
