Well, unfortunately and fortunately i got good motivation today.. My diet has been crappy and ive been skipping workouts. My little brothers friend who usually says im huge looked at me and said "WOW what happened your getting smaller, you stop working out?" NOW THAT IS MOTIVATION... Going food shopping tomorrow lol
