    So i'm reading Men's Health..

    Nelly is featured in the latest issue and I was readin the article on him. They mention his diet and they say "he doesn't eat chicken, tuna or beef, or any of that stuff, instead he gets his fuel and protein from Muscle Milk (available at GNC) and he eats lots of fruit and veggies!!"

    Not only is that NOT true but its just a shameless plug...

    I saw Nelly in an interview. He just filmed The Longest Yard with Chris Rock and Adam Sandler. Nelly plays a running back and he said he trained 2-3 hours a day 6X a week and went from 160 to 180 lbs. He looks ripped and he can't be over 5'9". That's not bad for a celeb.
