Our labor crew is all Mexican, every once and a while we will hire a white boy, and that is exactly what we call them “the white boy”.

They will not last long so there is no need getting to know their name. It normally takes just a couple of days for these “white boys” and they have had enough, they will quit. We pay very well here, it is just to much work for them.
