    Sayin Howdie

    Hey folks, I'm just gettin back into the gym after 6 yrs of marriage (still married and happy), my first baby, (6 mth old girl), and I'm excited to shed some fat and put on some muscle. This is an incredible website/ forum like none other. Participation is awesome!!! Oh, did I mention those 6 yrs were totally sedentary! I look like crap!! I've read the exercise/workout forums, the diet forums and the juice forum and will try to keep quiet and just do my thing. Glad to be here, General Patton

    First cardio and abs in a decade. Felt great! Weigh 207 and managed 35 good minuets on eliptical and tredmill. Boiling my eggs now and getting ready for the day. Stay cool yall!
