Post Poll...Best kick you in the a** workout tune

Ok, I listen to a lot of music when I work out. It is one of my three passions in life. The others are my lifting and my g/f. So I ask all of you, what is the best kick you in the a** song...you know the one that gets you going after you feel like you just got hit but the Mack truck going 150mph.

I dont know about you guys and your gay music.
Personally I like to jam out to the American Idol soundtrack!
Sometimes I'll mix it up with a little Backstreet Boys, that usually gets me goin

Tool kicks ass. I like rammstein while lifting too. I think creeping death is the best metallica lifting song though.

"die! die! die! by my hand, i creep across the land, killing first born man!"

I know...who in their right mind would get like that? Just sounded good...er...bad. You know what I mean. But i agree...something that gets you in a mood like that has to be used. Try to go into the gym to push your body to the limit without something to pump you up is wrong. I feel like I am wasting my time. Music plays a big role in my lifting. Getting yourself psyched is hard to do and if you are not in the right mind set forget it. Music on the other hand can do it for you...hence get you in the mood to kill babies...as quoted. LOL

I have 30 Metallica CD's and most are live. I think Creeping Death off Binge and Perge Live Sh*t is the best. More energy in live music. Helps with the pump.
