    knee wraps

    what is a good web site to order knee wraps from. my knees have been hurting a lot form squating, i think it is time to invest in some. thanks

    You can find some good wraps online from Inzer, they make a lot of powerlifting products and have really good kneewraps that I have used in the past when I was powerlifting. The website to their online store is http://www.inzernet.com I hope that this will help you.

    If your knees hurt, wraps aren't the answer. That will only serve to "mask" the problems, not fix them.

    Note that there is a certain technique to using PLing kneewraps, although Inzer's Z wraps are one of the easiest to use. These are a lot different than the velcro ones I see in fitness centers.

    I remember a video from EFS or something graphically showing how to put them on. There should be something here in the PLing forum about them.
