Well guys... today was Leg day. And I WAS PUMPED... so after a good solid warm up on leg extensions and 2 sets on hacksquats... I loaded the hack squat with some real man weight.

I put up 6 reps.

Holy crap... let me tell you, i dont grunt/scream when doing sets... but doing this set of 6 brought tears to my eyes and a scream to my lunges at the top of the last 3 reps.

There were bystanders... and this :blink: is what they looked like.

And.... then the impossible happened. I did another set of the same weight and at the 6th rep (its right infront of a mirror) I stared at myself and yelled "you ****in pussy!!" and got another 2 reps!!

**** it felt good crawling out of that machine... gasping for breath.. guys patting me on the back.

Its 2 hrs later... and im still pumped.. haha
