Avatar Problem

Can somone tell me how to get a picture on my avatar, Ive got loads of pics to uplod but wont let me. Sumit to do with pixels or some sh1t. Also can I change my screename to sumit a little more macho or am i stuck with my name ?

Avatars must be the correct size/pixel size as noted in the avatar upload screen.

what i have done is download some porn from the net, tnem paste it onto my paint progam and saved it in a smaller version, then when I tryed to upload it I get a error message saying it wasnt a rekognised file

....... well if you want your pic to be small enough to be put in your aviator go to paint and keep resizing it smaller by 10 or 5 % until it accepts it

I done that and it says it needs to be a valid GIP, JPG or PNY file
