    Who here has 'bulked' without steriods....?

    I know lots of people do 'bulking cycles', but who here has truely bulked naturally.. What were your results.. how long did u bulk for.. Any tips, im thinking of trying it.. I would expect some fat, but I dont want to turn into a fat person.. Right now Im 10%BF..

    I went from 155lbs to 215 naturally. It took a while.

    how tall are you, how old were you when u started... How long did it take.. Mabee you were still growing... I will be 25 years old in 2 months.. I been the same weight for 4 years, and been lifting almost the same weight.

    i gained 30 lbs naturally on a bulk cycle. i absolutely hated it. i trully despise food on a bulking cycle.

    I don't really know hou much I have gained naturally, but I suspect it is about 17 lbs of muscle. I started bulking at 20% bf, so I can't really be sure. I agree with hating food while bulking naturally. Only the first meal is good. After that they are all effort. I really got to like protein shakes just because they weren't overly filling and took a minute to make.

    yea it takes a good bit of time, but i did it without gainin alot of fat, but i didnt worry bout the fat so much, bc i knew it was part..

    I went from 165 to 240 in 5 years, and yes it was natural.

    I've been in athletics my entire life, so once I gave up basketball,
    weights became my #1 focus and my body just took off out of no-where.

    Never looked back.

    Yup... same as swole.

    I went from 145 to 263 in 5 yrs... and now im back down to 224 at 11%

    All natty baby..

    Naw im not joking bro. Sheit i graduated at 17 and weighed 130 lbs. Put on a few lbs sitting around... didnt start training till i was 22. Im 27 now.

    That 263 I was at 20% BF... WAY TO HIGH. and it sucked being that heavy.

    Im bulking back up till Jan. now... i probably wont go over 240. I want to come in at a solid Lt.Heavy for a comp. in seattle.

    I actually just started my bulk period on 10-1-04 and am going at it the next 4+ months natty and big eating. Currently at 235 and 6% going to add on some cals and eat/lift my way up to ?, I figured I'd stop when the waist hits around 37 inches.

    Seems like you gain more fat when you bulk natural then when your on.

    i started screwing around in the gym in grade 12.. i was 190 now two years later i am just under 250.. going to keep bulking and lifting until feb and then it will be clen and cardio time

    I weighed in at 172 at the beginning of August, two natural months later, I'm weighing 186, and I can still see my abs. I'm going to try to get between 190 & 195 by January. So it can be done. But there are alot of times that just looking at food makes me sick.

    im 207 and its my natty bodyweight, i dont get too big natty, but my genetics sure did help me out in powerlifting. im 207@565 deadlift and 385 bench. this next cycle im hoping to get closer to 230 though with a mid 400 bench.

    oh ya, ive done 2 cycles, 1 was a cyp which put me at 219, but ididnt have pct so i dropped weight down to like 190 and my strength went down the **** drain, took me like half a year to come back from that. and the other was a short short suspension cycle durring powerlifting for only like 3 1/2 weeks, i had to come off early because of thyroid/liver problems.

    I bulked naturally for 3 months. I went from 147-175. Then did a cycle and gained 25 pounds. Then bulked again naturally and gained 12-15 more.

    I was 140 before i started now just over 2 years later im 181. Currently trying to bulk again. It really sucks constantly feeling sick and full.

    i have been a hard gainer my whole life till i met steroids . but there was a time between my sof. and jr. year of high school the i got huge gains all natural. i went for 5'11 155 to 6'2 200 in just over a year. that is when i got serious about lifting and first started taking supplements. i started with weight gainer and creatine and never looked back

    needmore forgets to mention his use of pro-hormones....

    I went from 175 lbs at 5'7" to 197 lbs in about 9 months (started lifting in Jan'04). I did a bottle of 1-AD but got NOTHING from it. Currently I am about 16-20% bf (too high). I am going to try and continue putting on a bit of weight and LBM until Jan'05 and then seriously cut up. You can put on some serious mass natty and without gaining too much fat if you keep your food intake CLEAN. Good luck and keep us posted!!

    i did a 4 year bulk cycle. started at 130 and ended at 215. my bench press nearly quadrupled. 4 years being through highschool.

    2 years natural bulk: 135 to 195 @ 5'7"

    Still can fit into 32" (relaxed) pants

    My waist is a good 3 or 4 inches bigger, but my pants fit the same. So I go by that number when I'm braggin .

    What a suprise jonnytour always has something to say lol.. yes but only in the last 6 months have I used PH's and last winter I was 248. and using them has put my back up their but more quality!
