Need help finding the name of an artist.

The song appears on the movie "The Wood"'s Soundtrack. Im pretty sure its called "Back in the day." This is the refrain as well. I found the remix version with some sh!tty rapper rapping between the hook, but I want the old school original.

Anyone know who orginally sings this?
