    Henry Rollins!!!

    IT was awesome..picked him up and chilled with him all morning...He was all about weightlifting and all around an awesome guy! I will qoute him on one thing he said "Exercise, eat well, get rest, get educated...then go out every night, Throwdown and Show no mercy!" ****ing Awesome!!! He signed one of his protien bars we got for him and gave it to me...how rad is that!!!

    yeah bro....He talked my ear off! Hes 43 ...gray as hell but ****...did he have energy! Couldnt believe how enthusiastic of a speaker he is...i hope to be like that when i get up there.

    Yeah I always figured rollins for pretty cool guy, not stuck up(like most celebrities)...........he looks smaller than he did a couple of years go.......thats a good story for the future
