    Red face Feel Bad, Need help !!!

    hey guys,

    I had a HUGEEEE chest/bicep workout this afternoon, i was on fire, pushing myself above my limits.

    Now, 3 hours after, after my post workout shake and my post post workout meal, I really feel bad, my hands are shaking, i feel like i need to puke but that dosent work, my heart rate is above 90 per minutes...

    What is happening ? and what can I try/take to help me out ?

    I have tryed to sleep but my HR was too high, so I can't...

    How is your temperature? Are you on anything?

    How about your blood/sugar levels? I get nasty hypoglycemic reactions when I push myself too hard, specially on legs/back day.

    It could also be a coincidence and you may be coming down with the *nasty* flu/gastro going around Montreal right now... I had it so bad last sunday I thought I was gonna freakin die. 3 people at work had it almost as bad as me.

    Have you tried relaxing in a hot bath to calm down your heart? Tu veux peut etre aller faire un petit tour a la clinique de faire chèquer.

    Not im not on something and temperature sounds ok, you might be true with blood/sugars level, ill try to get some sugars right now... I have taken a longgggg shower couple minutes ago.

    I did have a couple yesterday and got to bed realy late... that might not help also...

    Is any drug could be harmfull at the moment ?

    Les cliniques sont fermés le dimanche soir... ca va surment passer... faudrait juste que je reussise a dormir...

    alright, I just had about 20 g sugar with 10 g pro ( i dont want pro to slow down too much my sugars intake) I am not cutting right now so i dont give a fukc... Let see if it will do the trick...

    Hope it works for you bro... I always keep a few tubes of glucose goo in my gym bag for those hyopglycemic attacks I occasionally get at the gym... they help me a lot.

    Shît c'est vrais, j'oubliais qu'on est dimanche... pis t'aurais une attente de 10-14 heures a l'urgence... va vaux pas la peine.
