    cholesterol problem

    i went to the doc yesterday and had him give me ablood test. today when i went back in he told me that my cholesteral levels were very high for someone my age. also liver values werent so good either. my test levels were ok though (14). my question is what is the best way to get my levels back to noraml. im 2 months off a 12 week test 4 week d bol cycle. im 204 pounds 5'9" at 15% body fat. and i believe me hdl level was 7 and my ldl was low but i dont rrmember what number it was.

    Flax seed oil, Policosanol, and Niacin will help you get your lipid profile back in check. Clean up your diet a bit too.....


    Are you using any AAS right now?

    not sure what policosanol and liacin are but will definatly be trying to raise my ldl. i eat l;ots of oatmeal as is and i am going to use the sticky bulking diet. holpefully this will help. not currently using aas but i want to get back on soon, probably within 7-8 weeks
