Anyone have bad elbows.. I think I've got a bit of tendenitis!! any sugestions? thanx!!

I've got bad everything, my elbows get bruised at the bottom of my forearm near the point of my elbow and the doctors tell me stop lifting for a while because my connective tissue is tearing a little bit and that is what's causing the bruising. So I said "hey doc get fvcked" ...he laughed and I said no I'm serious get fvcked, see ya. then I got some igf-1 and will be running that to strengthen the weak connective tissue.

dont sleep with your arm up behind your head with you arm bent all the way someitmes that can aggravate the tendons

Yeah i have a similar problem.................lots of chondrotin and glucosomine seemed to make mine at least 75% better.....jmo

Take glucosamine i used to have a mean tendonitis and it helped out alot

my elbows always hurt, it hurts like hell during and def after, but its something i can live with... it all depends on how severe the pain is.. theres a big diff between something thats messed up and it just gettin worn or old... all bodybuilders pro and am. will always say they have bad elbows. due to the wear and heavy reps... so its all up to u really, but if somethign is messed up in there, then dont use em have em fixed..
