What time of day do all of you workout
I workout 5 days a week before work. My gym is only 3 blocks away so I am usually there ny 6:45am and I still make it to work by 9:30.
What time do all of you workout?

anytime b/t 5:30pm - 7:30pm...............peak times, unforuntely

On my lunch break 12-1. I get an hour, but I always go back to work late and just stay later to make up the time (I'm salary so time is relative). Gym is empty. Its great. Frees up my evenings to prepare, cook, and clean my 6 f*cking meals a day that are really becoming a chore!! (sorry for the rant)

bout 8 or 9pm. It's usually starting to die down by then so i can get some work done.

either around 10-11am or around 8-10pm. i prefer to go around 10am tho, lets u have the rest of the day.

4 times a week at night, two hours before closing....i'm always the last one to leave so i basically close the gym

I hit'er up at 5 as soon as I finish work.. sunday's I go in the morning.. I am starting to cut up in november.. getting up for 3 * morning cardio prolly sat and sun being two of those dayz so I dont have to get up till 8am then one early 6am day and my 5pm workouts!

At 7:30 normally....Sucks the gym is always packed.

I like my workouts late in the evening. I usually go between 9 - 10pm. I've gone as late as 2:30am and I actually have good workouts this late, and the gym is empty to boot.

I workout in the mornings during the week days between 8:45 and 9:45 . During the weekends I workout between 8 and 10 o'clock at night.

I seem to have a better focus in the AM, so I usually workout around 7:30 AM.

I work out 2 times a day. I get up and do the cardio and that is 4 or 4:30 am. Then I go to the gym with CB after my work and that changes on my work schedule that I have it is around 5 to 7pm. HB2

Depending on the day, i usually have a break in the middle of my day long enough to go work out. But it seems to change every day...it's usually between 1030a - 12 or 1p-3p. Either way...i love working out at that time. Too bad it won't last past this semester. After that, it'll be back to 6p workouts.

weekdays: between 8pm-10pm
weekends: afternoon or evening
My gym is awesome. Its a small bodybuilder gym, but its also the local neighborhood gym. We got bodybuilders and local neighborhood folks. Everyone is really nice, esp the staff. The owner is a natty pro bodybuilder...f-ing ripped.

Usually between 1:30 and 3:30... but im about to make a move and career change so ill have to work out after work... at 4:30 or 5. And when i start cutting ill have to get the cardio in before work, at 6am...

Im getting into carpentry. I have a apprenticship. (sp)
Right now I work as a dispatcher for the military. I could go and do 911 dispatch and all that but... naw..

I"m after work as well...around 5:30ish....sucks ass though cause it is so crowded...I get discourage sometimes becasue I don't want to deal with hte crowds!

I train whenever i can get it in...
Some days it's 5a.m.
some days it 6am
Some days it's 12 noon
Some days it 6/7/8 or nine pm.
Depends on school ..work... or whether i'm getting ready for a contest.
Realy and truly.. i think the 'i'm more focused at a certain time' argument holds no water for me...I made a decision to myself that i'm gonna be the best bodybuilder i possibly can be.. so the when matters not...

I'm usually in there at 10:30am-12:30pm, M/W/Fr&Sa. Su/Tu/Th is am cardio days. Took today off, coming down with something. Didn't sleep much or at all last night. Got an hour or two this morning after 10am. Off to work now. Already put in overtime this week, don't want to lose it.

I work at the gym in my college so I just open it and me and two of my buddies are the only people in there....no wait, no bullsh!t, it's great.
