    it is true.. i am the man..lol

    yesterday i worked out at georgia state college with a guy i met a few weeks back, being on here and not really paying attention to ppl at my gym, i never noticed how things are till yesterday, we started chest and i warmed up with 225 for 20reps and everyone in the entire gym stopped and watched, i went up to 315 for the next set of 14 and everyone stood and watched, when i got to 435 for my last set ppl were standing around us watchin, and i realized that being on here and not paying attnetion made me not realize how much of the man i am..lol always bring around ppl here makes me forget im semi strong..lol it was good to see that yesterday... just wanted to see if u guys are workin out with the smaller society and seein how much of a monster you are..lol i felt good

    In all honesty though, yeah man I know EXACTLY what you mean. I cant help it but to feel "elite" in a way. The knowledge is overwhelming at times, and its amazing to see some of these halfwits in the gym not knowing what the hell they are doing.

    Of course they watched....not too many do bench presses with their legs! You sure those plates weren't used in a M&F photo shot or something? hahahahaha

    All good bro......I get a lot of watchers while doing deads and squats.....my bench sucks ass.....and not no small ass either, I'm talking set your books on it and it still walk around without one falling off kind of ass. hahahahahaha

    i only lift at my college gym even though i graduated years ago, but its free so i know excatly the type of crackers u r talking about.....anything 225 and over they stop, stare, and wanna become ur sex slave
