    Great.... Dad found my Nova.....

**** guys, I'm in some serious trouble. My father grew up street racing Fords (mostly mustangs) and then went on to do some design work for Ford as well. We all knew growing up that the only thing we could do worse than buying a foreign auto was to buy a chevy. Hell, he used to get pissed if we would even get a ride from a friend in a chevy.

Well, here's the deal: I was in dire need of a new car, and my friend cut me a pretty solid deal on a used Chevy Nova. I jumped at the chance since I really, really needed the wheels. I did a good job of hiding it from my dad by covering it with old world war two camo nets (the kind they used to cover up planes and camps from aerial view) when I'd go to sleep at night.

I guess one night he got curious as to why there was not a big green hill in our driveway and he took a peak. GUYS, HE SAW THE NOVA!! He is absolute irrate and I don't know what to do. Can I explain to him that in this day and age Chevy makes a good product? Perhaps enlighten him as to the free market system and its inner workings? Am I screwed? Oh, keep in mind he has a FORD tattoo on his ankle!!
