Can anyone guess athougth on BF percent here? Also amy sugg/comment on improving are appreciated...I know they are not he greatest pictures but they are whay I have for now...I figured stomach/arms are best indicators of fat? No?

As far as advice. You look like you have a really really good base for 33 with a child. I think if you start doing some morning cardio and get your diet in check you will become one hot momma in a pretty short time ;)
