    BF percent? Help

    Posted also in picture forum, but it seems there is always more activity here! LOL!
    Can anyone guess athougth on BF percent here? Also amy sugg/comment on improving are appreciated...I know they are not he greatest pictures but they are whay I have for now...I figured stomach/arms are best indicators of fat? No?

    girls are tough....maybe 20%??? just my guess.

    As far as advice. You look like you have a really really good base for 33 with a child. I think if you start doing some morning cardio and get your diet in check you will become one hot momma in a pretty short time

    I was gonna say 18-20% Hard to tell from just the stomach. Your arms look pretty trim. Are you legs lean also?

    I think that they are....not alot of jiggling anywhere to be honest with you!
    I was guessing 22% or so, but really have nothing to base it on.

    Gosh...here I thougth i already was a hot momma! LOL! Haha!

    I am currently in second week of new "diet" so to speak (6 small meals a day consisting of low fat/increased protein/low carb etc.) and am hoping to see some results in a couple weeks maybe? My fiance is helping me, (he has competed in past at 8-9% BF and has been training for 20 years or so, so I assume that whatever he does works well. He thinks I am perfect the way I am, but is willing to help because I am such a pain in the @ss! Hehe!) and i am doing ok on it, my will power is amazign! LOL! I have been working out for 2 years solid now, always worked out before, just more sporadically than was good. Guess, I will keep plugging along.

    By the way, my goal here is to lose about 15 punds or so....seem reasonable? Or is that a silly question?
