    Feel dizzy when hungry??

Sometimes when I get hungry, I get real dizzy, lightheaded, and my hands shake badly. Then after I eat I'm fine. Anyone else experience this? Anybody know what its from? I'm thinking it has something to do with blood sugar levels, but that's only a guess.

I don't get dizzy however, my hands get a little shaky and I get really agitated, I can be a real bastard when I am hungry. However I have never understood why. Maybe, like you said something to do with blood sugar?

I get real aggitated too. I used the f word to my mom once when I was real hungry. It was funny though, my brother, sister, and father just laughed it off and said "dam he must be hungry".

Ok, back to the topic. Anyone else?? Dizzy and lightheaded??

That's exactly who I was thinking about. "You dropped you rock". He couldn't look more like him if he tried.

One of my lifting partners had similar symptoms and he turned out to be type 2 diabetic. After about a year of watching his diet and working out a little harder he has come to the point where he does not need meds of any kind to regulate his blood sugar. Get that checked out asap
