? about guys from Pumping Iron Video
I just saw the documentary "Pumping Iron" for the first time. Its awesome, however I cant understand how tight these guys stomachs were, especially there lower ab regions. They were huge, yet there bf % was unhumanly low.
What type of secrets and techniques you think these guys used or was it mostly their gear ??

their knowledge of gear was crap then,i think they just maintained a lean diet year round..

i wanna say they did 1 hour of am cardio every morning before hitting the gym...not sure how long though

GH is a main culprit in todays bodybuilder's large waistlines, which was not available for BB use back then.

its not only gh, look at the diet of a pro... i eat a ton, and i mean i alot more than alot of ppl in real life and on here, and im sure its nada compared to ronnie and so on..

Bro go buy the dvd, it cost me 9 bones, Ive watched it 3 times already. The shizzle's insane. Arnold was the man, no one could touch him !

I got my copy of the DVD at Blockbusters, they actually had it in the rentals...
