Dealing With Post Cycle Depression
I kinda of think this is strange, i finished my fist real cycle about a month ago and when i was on i always felt good, never moody and more patient on everyday things in life. For the last week i've been consistenly on the edge, trippin out on the smallest things n every little thing seems to set me off. My temper has took a turn for the worse and quite frankly i don't know wat to do. It might have something to do with stress i have in my life right now and i feel kinda of depressed actually. The only time i feel good is when i go to the gym and let all my hate out on the weights. I have crazy mood swings from happy to sad, depressed to angry. U know they say there's never just one cycle n now i know why. just wondering wat u bros experience after u cycles

i usually go out and kill a hooker, that calms me down and gets the edge off

Then lay off gear for good.
See a doctor.
Get examined for depression/anxiety.

Hey bro, it could be that your test levels are still low. How did your PCT go..?

What stress are yo dealing with right now, brother? (if you don't mind my asking) Does depression run in the family? It may be coincidence (sp) or you may have reacted badly to the gear, or the PCT. You are doing proper PCT I assume. I would agree with SC...you may want to go to the doc and see what he has to say!!

Yea I hate that... Its like you got high highs and low lows... Any stress will make you feel like a piece of schitt.. there is only one thing to do..deal with it..

What ever you do don't stop going to the gym.
I did that once and it made matters much worse...

Hey, my g-unit solja. I feel you man. I'm bi-polar and I'm goin through PCT now and it SUCKS! There are some moments where I'm not doing anything and all of a sudden I start thinking about depressing $hit and then i start to feel all sad and whatever. And i'll be chilling wit some of my boys and little things that i'd normally let go I get real pissed off about. I take lithium and that **** helps out but again thats my bi-polar, but from what your saying it doesn't just sound like PCT. Either way if it persists maybe you should see a doctor, cuz you can suffer from depression and not realize it very easily.

It is sooo nice to hear that someone else is as fvcked up as I am(bi-polarity) I use adderol for ADD and it really seems to help my mood swings, Start thinking back and see if you were like this at certain times of the year or month before your cycle(or when you were clean) and see if you can see a pattern. Last year I lived with a roomate who is bi polar and he is the one who got me thinking and looking into my past. Check insurance if you have any and make an appointment with a psyciatrist. I swear to you it will NOT go away.
