seriously, how do i make it stop
i have just got a new girlfriend and i keep on making excuses to go out the room so i can let one go.
but this is like every 5 minutes
and seeing as i eat 16 egg whites a day they can get a bit on the potent side
the people in my office used to think it was funny now they want to kill me
there was a thread some time ago about a smell containing underwear.. buy it :D

how do i make it stop? if you're farting from the protein you're eating too much, it's not getting absorbed, the bacteria from your gut are digesting it, and gasses are being released. it's the same principle behind what happens when lactose intolerent people have too much milk. the bacteria processes the lactose, gasses are produced, and they fart.
cut back on the protein and save money, or continue to sh1t all over everyone.

its not the easiest of situations, particularly when you want to let one one go in the middle of getting jiggy.. that is definitely not funny - or very comfortable

i've always been a farter, even before i took up bodybuilding and eating like a horse
truble is that i dont/cant burp so all the gas only escapes from one end
its all the eggs, tuna and protin shakes that make them stink so much though

try sticking a cork in it.. literally lol jj.. I agree with AA though.. 300g's isnt to high.. but maybe its a lot for your body to handle.. try cutting down for 3 dayz to see if it makes a difference
i was farting like a b!tch at 200g a day too
my gains started slowing so i have gradually increased it to 300 - 320g a day
i dont mind farting as long as i'm gaining
Do they have Bean-O in the UK? It's an anti-flatulant pill. Go to the pharmacy and ask for an "anti-fart" medication. I would not recommend farting in your girl's face when she goes down on you. I believe there was a post on here about a guy that did that. The results were not pretty!! I am married so it doesn't matter much if I fart anymore....but I would still NEVER fart while getting in on!! Good luck and keep up the gains!!
