See the SUBMIT REPLY button?
Scroll down slowly... and on the left hand side you will see another button that reads: MANAGE ATTACHMENTS... Click it, and find your pic from your PC files...

OR: You can add an image from another internet location... by attaching the [IMG] [/IMG] tags around the internet location....

OK.. see to the left of my post? Look just to the left, and down a bit.. you will see a button that says POST REPLY
From there, follow my previous instructions.... I assume you are currently using the QUICK REPLY feature....
