i lost 3 or 4 hats in college due ot dumb biatches like that. they take a hat...often without asking and then just keep it.
i say you call her up and ask if you can come over "to talk". go over there....find the hat and simply grab it and say some off hand remark like "oh, i've been looking for this" etc.
be a man and get your ****. i've not only lost hats, i've lost sweatshirts, tshirts and sweatpants. i played 4 years of college football and have two ****ing tshirts left....when i should hvae 4 sweatsuits, at least 8 tshirts...shorts, hats etc.
