Fvck it man, who needs a hand anyway. Your workout should be priority numero uno...

On a serious note, let your hand heal. No sense in rushing it and furthering the injury, right?

well cycle time just got delayed. bro let your hand heal, maybe do a lil cardio and keep yourself in check as much as possible but i wouldnt exert any kind of force on my hand. sucks, but thats part of life. JMO though, you do as you please.

p.s. good luck on a speedy and complete recovery.

My gym has this leather strap with a buckle for cable excercises. Maybe you could use that if you can find one. Just eat clean and do morning cardio to get ripped before your M1T 4AD cycle. That stuff if for bulking any way. Don't wanna get fat, just buff during cycle. The leaner you go into that cycle, the leaner you'll be post cycle.

you can always use your other hand to take care of your masterbatory needs. Get well bro.

this is a lil off topic but there is a guy back home that trained at my gym and he only had one hand. that focker onyl had one hand and somehow he strapped weight to his nub and seriously he is jacked. he is prolly about 250 and around 14%bf. not too shabby for an old one handed feller. you have a broken hand though, you risk reinjuring your hand so i would just take it easy.

Use a strap to tie your hand to things. Thats what this one kid does at my gym. He only has one hand and he can do barbell benchpress with no problem.
