Oh ****! I just found this thread. Thanks bros!!!! It's appreciated. I'm working hard. Out of all of the shows for me to pick for my first show I pick the biggest one. The last show before nationals. EVERYONE is doing this how to try and qualify for nationals in 2 weeks. I took pictures 5 days out and posted them yesterday have a look.

Naa, I haven't peaked. My conditioning is on point thanks to my coach. I am much leaner and tighter than I was last week and tighter since taking pictures 2 days ago. This morning in the shower I tried pulling skin from my arms, chest, abs, side, back, inner thigh, quad, hamstring. I COULDN'T EVEN PULL SKIN!!! My finger's slipped off. People at work have been walking up to me pinching my arm amazed that their fingers slide off.

I'm 1 day out. I saw Jason and Victor last night at Steel and they both said I'm gonna do some damage. Jason had me carb deplete through today and cut water Thursday night at 4am. just started carb loading 6am this morning and I can have a few oz of water after every meal.

From what Jason is telling me I look better now than 5 days out when I posted picts. Skin is much thinner, more vascular. My legs are just as ripped as upper body. I'm just worried I won't fill out enough from carb up since he had me carb deplete so long.
