had some major computer problems and got sick of fixing a old 500mgz computer so I finally went out and bought a new one 2.9 pent 4--fast as a good ****--will be able to be here more often again

glad to see some of my old bros didnt forget me

Bouncer I have not checked out that board but I will--my training is going ok--hurt my shoulder pretty bad about 5 months ago and had to back off--I am planning on fighting again in feb at the Naga nationals--so just starting my training and hoping my shoulder holds up--its like tendonitis now aches all the time

I am maintaining 225lbs but want to try to get to 215 for tournament and be in heavyweight division

its good to be back finally have a computer that dont take 3 minutes to see a thread and can even go to sites
