Yea i do, you cant. If you want to use your PC to make calls then you can only use VOIP. Use your head

Vonage and packet8 are companies that give you phone service so you can call anyone, it’s not free but it is cheaper then verizon. FreeWorldDialup is free but you can only call people on the FreeWorldDialup network. Of course you have to have a broadband connection for both.
