I wanna buy one. My gym does not have it and im tired of having a not huge neck. I never baught a real peice of gyme equipment before. Anyone now any good suppliers for Hammer strenght and nautilus?
I only like the machines that you can really put your face into, with the thing that looks like a cathcers mit that you put your face in.
This has gotten me furious. rrrgggg!
Just get a head belt..or whatever they are called and use free weights. Gonna be a hell of alot cheaper and just as good. Learn some wrestlers techniques as well for neck strengthening

i have two harnesses and they suck. I hate them. THe non leather one slides all over the place, and the leather one hursts my already caulifloured ears.
Oh. And i know all those wrestler excersises. I use to wrestle. They suck cuz after a certain point you gotta do like a million reps to get some results.
When i went to the gym that had the 4 way neck machine before that gym closed, i had a great neck. Now it resembles a pencil.
