    MESSY is in the MUSIC BIZ! Finally paying off...

    Hey all

    As some of you may, or may now know i am a DJ. In my personal time i like to DJ in clubs, i also own and play on a radio station, which transmits on 106 FM.

    Ive always been interested in the music scene, i would love to be in the positon where i could just DJ, and make enough money from it to make a living... how cool would that be?

    Well...

    Today i got a phone call.. from a VERY famous MC, his name is MC KIE and is massive in the UK GARAGE scene, and DNB scene. He is doing some custom jingles for me and is gong to be doing an exclusive set on my station. This guy is on tons of CDs, the UK bros should know who he is.

    Well im pretty excited coz of this, he is a MASSIVE MC and it opens up more things to me... obviously people are hearing about me and my station so.. its pretty da*m cool!

    If that wasnt enough another thing happened, i know two guys, two Producers, one named Morph and another called DJ Narrows. Both of which are pretty big in the music scene, well Morph is being interviewed on a radio station, 1XTRA - the BBC's answer to the urban scene. THE biggest station in the UK. He has offered to do a lil advertising for me whilst on air... gonna give me a few shouts too

    Now if that wasnt cool enough im going to be working with him over the next few months, im learning how to produce on a professional level, to give you an example he released his last track, which was completely un advertised and on white label and he made over 100k from the one release. Sold out, completely.

    Im also dealing with the website for morph and narrows. www.2baadstudios.com. I also just made a graphic for Morphs latest release ( the paper circle bit in the middle of the vinyl) heres a lil pic...

    He will be teaching me everything.

    This is something ive always wanted. I mean ive driven around and stuck on the radio and heard these artists, and now im hanging around with them and i have the opportunity to release my own records to the level that they are at!

    Im pretty hyped

    Woohoo just spoke to MC KIE. Hes a real nice guy, we had a good chat, he asked me about my stations and everything, hes pretty cool. Hes ringing me later to get some details from me so he can send me some stuff.
