MUSCLE SPASMS: I can't figure out where they're coming from?

I'm currently on an extended CKD diet, only carbing up for 2.5 days every 11.5 days.

I've been complete No-Carb for the last 4 days and today, I've been having some crazy muscle spasms in my Lats, Neck and Calves. My sodium is high, I drink 2-3 gallons of water a day. My workouts are all low-rep (3 and under). I'm completey depleted right now and everything feels tight, which is normal, but the spasms are getting out of control.

    Any opinions.

It's my diet or CNS. I'm trying to think where a flaw is in either? Plenty of Protein, Fats and Sodium plus water....hm....

    Maybe my CNS is overworked.

Try some magnesium/potassium. They come together in one tablet, that should help!

i use to get cramps in my calf when id be sleeping, would hurt like hell and would completely wake me out of my sleep, i heard it was from a potassium depletion in the system, so like swole said try that or just eat more bananas...
