I wake up this morning to do cardio...took my ECA stack and headed out to the gym. I get there and is one of the hottest women i have seen at the gym there this morning...i had a perfect view from the reflection in the mirror. :lol:
Anyways my ECA has kicked in and i am treading along at my target HR...i thought i would just stare at her for awhile and that would help me get through my cardio no problem...all of a sudden i am out of breath..i look down at the RPMs and i was pushing 100..**** HR was 185..and 20 minutes had went by. That woman could have killed me.... :lol:
I was like ****..who needs an ECA when you can stare at something like that? I figured i could stare at her face for 10 minutes, chest for 10, midsection for 10 and waist and below for another 10...thats 40 minutes right there....and another ten i can do on my own....
This is my new AM cardio strategy...thought i would share....try it...its great!
