hes a bro here, doenst post much bc he mods on alot of other boards, but one of the best bros i have online, and definatly a guru when it comes to bodybuilding and diet.. he just found out he needs to replace his kidneys and is on dialasis. everyone plz pray for him. god bless u bro.
