Whats Up!
Just wanted to say hi to every one, I havent been around the board in a couple months, just had some personal **** that I was going through and I need to take a little time off from the board and training. Lost about 22 pounds, but its on again, focused and ready to hit it hard.....
So whats up!

went through similar stuff, went from 275 to 240(torn pcl and patella) cause i couldn't lift and was depressed so i wasn't eating right cause i couldn't play ball.....anyway it all comes back sooner than you think. good luck bro
