i just got back from Canada cause by sister got arested... her and her b/f and a few others were across the border in Windsor some how a bar fight got started my sister gets punched by some dude, cops show up and they (the cops) call my sister a skank she gets pissed tells them (the cops) to fcuk off she gets tossed to the floor and arested, this happened at 12AM they fianaly let her call home around 6AM... her b/f kept trying to call the police but they wouldnt let him talk to here till they say around 8AM (after she sobered up) now i'm sure she was drunk and all but if a girl get hit (iot was obvious) and the cops call her the skank thats some total BS on thier part and totaly unprofesional and they deserved to be told to fcuk off but again i also know my sister should of kept her mouth shut... but can ya really balme her if she got pucnhed and the cops done belive her cause the as$es (canadians) that hit her ran like little pus$ies. her b/f has a huge busted up lip and the inside of his mouth is cut so i'm sure he tried to stand up for her but, oh well...

just thought i'd share my morning with you all

They arrested her probably for disturbing the peace or being intoxicated in a public place, eithier way she pretty much just spent time in a drunk tank. If the suspects had already left the scene, their's not a whole lot they could've done short of a quick investigation and take statements

If they were at a bar, their should be security cameras in place, you might want to call up the nightclub and see if they have the incident on tape.

Tell your sister to lodge a complaint with the windsor police dept., complaints go directly deptartment chief and on file to the officer in question. Although in all honesty, I doubt it will have any effect on anyone unless that paticular officer has about 80 complaints against him calling girls a 'skank'

and yeah i know they were doing thier jobs, and i'm pretty sure my sister was probably be a mouthy drunk but when someone in law enforcemt tells her shes a skank when shes the one that got punched but some guy thats pretty shiity of the cop to do

If you plan to be on line talking about using steroids and receiving packages then it's not smart to post that copy of the bail bond.

You blacked out your sitster's last name, but you left the name of the police department (written across the top in black and white AND written just above the signature in the lower right hand corner) AND you left the date and the number of the bond (written in red) in clear view. Based on that information, any law enforcement person could trace you through your sister or direclty back to you if you had to "sign her out."

If I were you, I'd delete that pic.

Honestly if one is drunk and unruly and mouthes off at a cop, I don't care if he/she is in windsor, montreal, new-york or mississippi, theres gonna be trouble.

As for cops calling her a skank, thats out of line. I'd be curious to know what she called the cop though... there is always 2 sides to a coin.

I was thinking the same thing... sure sounds like the fight they had there this past weekend.. men, this girl was just going crazy outside the bar, and telling the cops off....maybe not the same fight
